As you may have noticed the servers at GTFO have not been running the last couple of days. In short GTFO has effectively closed its doors. For the past 6 months running GTFO has become an increasingly difficult proposition for many of the admins. Most of us have moved on, got families and new jobs so putting in the hours required has become a strain for even the most ardent members.
We would like to thank all of our regulars for the fun times, great games, great LANs and camaraderie that has been shown over 6 fantastic years we have been running. It is with sad heavy heart that the servers will now effectively be closed and not renewed in May. We have decided not to merge with any other group on the grounds that GTFO should be allowed to close rather than live on through someone else - other servers are other servers not GTFO. The strength of GTFO was in its members and tight-knit community, without those GTFO is but a name.
The forum will hopefully stay open for a little while longer.
